Three friends and co-workers passively live their daily lives dictated by an empty, routine life and an alienating, discriminating workplace. The only amusements they allow themselves are short virtual holidays at the Dream Sol Holidays agency. Through the massive use of artificial intelligence, they experience the illusion of a clean break from the reality around them to visit pristine and idyllic places in the Venetian lagoon. Given the intangibility of these experiences, the youngsters assume an increasingly contemptuous attitude during their temporary travels, and little by little, they feel more and more free to break the rules and detach themselves from the care and respect for the natural environment in which they find themselves to be protagonists: their behaviour will increasingly blur the boundary between the real world and the virtual world...
